Add link to prospect page in the web app #110

It would be very convenient to have a link to the prospect page near the "Sky Viewer" link for each target in the fastspecfit web app. This will work for DESI collaborators only as it points to daily spectra, but it has all the functionality with zooming, smoothing, trying different redshifts, etc. The URL can be constructed for a given targeted: https://www.legacysurvey.org/viewer-desi/desi-spectrum/daily/targetid{targetid}
