Significant speed-ups in the core routines, especially the emission-line fitting (see #37).
Much smarter "smoothed continuum" functionality, to help account for spectra which are not well-fit by the sum of SSPs (thereby enabling emission lines in QSO spectra to be modeled reasonably well).
Many more emission lines added, including the most prominent rest-frame UV emission lines seen in QSO spectra and several weaker optical diagnostic lines like [OIII] 4363 (electron temperature diagnostic) and [OI] 6300 (shock / LINER diagnostic).

I plan to run a few more tests (which will likely reveal problems) and there are a couple easy tickets for the fastphot wrapper (e.g., #22) so this is not quite ready to merge, but I plan to model the full Everest data set once this branch has been merged.
