add prefix imglss to the pipeline commands.
mpi scripts have additional mpi prefix in the names.
non-mpi scripts (that runs on Edison frontend node do not have such) We may eventually add sharedmem parallelism to the non-mpi scripts.

I'd like you be aware of these changes before merging them.

The new names are a bit long, but they are more self-descriptive. The idea is somewhat similar to the old 'git' command (git-add git-pull etc are all individual commands).

The prefix avoids name conflicts. Also enforces the branding. the mpi prefix reminds users it shall be run with a job on Edison, for it uses MPI.
