Fluxes method missing? #3

The Fluxes method seems to have been removed from imaginglss.analysis.cuts although the documentation still alludes to it.

Hmm. There has been a round of updates. I believe the recent document no longer refers to the Fluxes method (simply checked with grep) -- the cuts have been significantly reworked. but the new cuts do need to be documented.
