update references for arcs and flats #363

The calibration standards have drifted and are producing warnings and errors for the afternoon arcs and flats. The drifts are likely due to the changes in air temperature since the original standards were produced. Generate new references to track the drifts.

This branch provides new calibration standards and has been tested on some of the exposures that produced errors and warnings
