The problems with the Mayall position encoders motivated me to solve the temperature dependence of the calibration levels once and for all (see #363). This branch adds several scripts to compute the temperature dependence of the integrated LED continuum and integrated arc line fluxes and zero out the effect.

To do's:

[ ] Add and validate temperature dependence for the arcs.
[x] Add plotting options to the generator scripts.
[x] Incorporate temperature detrending into the NW calibration plots and warnings.

The temperature-corrected references for the flats are looking good so I am going to merge this PR but keep the branch open. @jose-bermejo will fine-tune the temperature-corrected references for the arcs.
