This PR adds front and backend docker image build and push to Dockerhub triggered by a change on branch master.

Builds will be saved on different tags:
linea/qlf:BACK${GIT_COMMIT}
linea/qlf:FRONT${GIT_COMMIT}
The images will be available at https://hub.docker.com/r/linea/qlf
