Update Redrock galaxy templates with possible improvements coming from

DESI data
fastspecfit models
NMF instead of PCA
Archetypes for initial scan, not just afterburner
ELG/LRG/BGS subtypes
turning number of templates
...

See #276 for a case where both current PCA and new NMF galaxy templates have bad fits to a galaxy for no obvious reason. Understanding what is constraining those templates / what fitting flexibility they lack could be instructive.
