This script samples the tile-file from a given spectroscopic production run in order to have representativeness across different ranges of ['EXPTIME', 'EFFTIME_SPEC', 'TILEDEC'].

Should we generate separate sets of tiles for main-bright and main-dark rather than put them all together?
