add more filters: GALEX, Suprime-Cam intermediate-band, and ODIN narrow-band #82

Will likely add a couple more filters from the CLAUDS catalog.

Unit tests all pass, but coverage decreased by 0.1%, so that's interpreted as all checks have failed.

If possible, I'd like to self-merge this PR soon (within a ~day), but if a filter expert is willing to take a quick look as a sanity check (@araichoor, @dkirkby, @dstndstn, others?) I'd be grateful.

In order to analyze all DESI-2 observations, we'll need to add the HSC r2 and i2 filters, which are briefly described here-- https://www.naoj.org/Observing/Instruments/HSC/sensitivity.html
