when launching remote assistance, cursor freezes

Steps to reproduce:

1. Disengage warp drive
2. Reverse the sheild polarity
3. Engage the Heisenberg compensators

Expected: McChicken sandwich rematerialized

Actual: LCARS console exploded

Versions and operating systems:

Win7 sp1

Temporary workarounds:

None

Additional comments:

when launching remote assistance or AD Users and Losers, the cursor/keyboard freezes in that client. I can move cursor to other clients or server. After I use local keyboard/mouse to finish the launch, things return to normal. RA just started to do this this morning, yesterday I was able launch it on client 1, accept the RA on client 3 and then control client 3 from the window on client 1. Now it will not work.
