Error modal text is not selectable for copying #19198

The problem

On macOS at least, the error modal text cannot be selected and copied, making it harder for the user to search for help on the issue.

Thanks for the issue @IanButterworth. Was there a specific modal that wasn't selectable? This was previously fixed in https://github.com/desktop/desktop/pull/8964.

The one I hit was something like

couldn't find key in agent
failed to write commit
