SBML annotations for metabolites not read #9

The model recon2.v2.xml (in etc/backup/sbml/recon2.v.02 folder) is the first model where annotations have been encountered. Thy do contain important information such as CheBI, KEGG, and PubChem ids, and InChI Strings, so it may be important to add this functionality.

libAnnotationSBML http://bioinformatics.oxfordjournals.org/content/25/17/2292 has the capability of interpreting annotations. libSBML does not.
