Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As of right now, all tasks are assigned through email or UpWork. It is very manual and has a lot of room for error.
Describe the solution you'd like
It would be great if we can assign linguists to tasks directly from Pontoon. Added bonus if we can assign in advance and have the system notify the next person that their task is ready. ie Translator marks the task as done, push to the proofreader, etc.
