Project Load Failed + WDKConversion Not Found on Windows 8.1 #111

I'm having issues while building USBPcap code over Windows 8.1 I've attached screenshots. I'm unable to load project when I click on dirs.sln file in the project. Furthermore MSBuild dirs.sln /p:Configuration="Win8 Debug" gives an error. Any help is highly appreciated.
