The USBPcap installation directory isn't removed on Windows when USBPcap is uninstalled #69

I uninstalled USBPcap, but an empty C:\Program Files\USBPcap\ directory was left behind instead of being removed as expected.

Was the directory removed after reboot?

Was the directory removed after reboot? I'm sorry I don't recall. I uninstalled it during Wireshark un-installation, and I don't think I rebooted afterwards. I think I may have just manually removed the directory. Why, is it a requirement to reboot after un-installation in order for the directory to be removed?
