/u/despotak notes: I though we were done with the stealth nerfs Bethesda :( . The Adrenal Reaction mutation saw a major code refactoring. I am aware of the reports about it not working properly, and I am looking at it. In the mean time, I posted above the new values (when they work). Finally, there is no fix for the bulk items autoscrapping with the "Scrap All Junk" button.
