Fixed the three problems outlined in the ticket. The fix for headers lining up with the table is more of a hack, but implementing it a more proper way would probably require an overhaul of how the table is implemented.

Also I haven't changed any Cypress tests, I'm not really sure how to run them or how they're run in our CI currently.

I think that I can get the Cypress tests running in Github Actions fairly easily using development environment. I'll take a look today.
