Does this have any sort of blocklist functionality? #100

I know blocklists aren't a silver bullet, but I've been warned about torrenting without blocklists, and have never been warned with blocklists, so anecdotally I feel a bit safer with them.

Also, VPNs are slow in my experience.

Most torrent clients don't even have blocklist support, except as a plugin. If this project gets more interest, I'd be willing to add more advanced features like this.
