How does the source code change the default Services settings and how to package it into an extension?

eg:Use Microsoft services instead of Wit Speech API by default. Where is the modified?

This extension does not support any use case which involves automation, and it's very unlikely that you just want to change the default service for personal use in your browser, because then you'd just change the setting once after installation.
