Ability to reorder "All search engines" #224

Like engines it would be nice to be able to reorder it, or have an option to put in the bottom

Thanks for the feature request! Reordering search engine groups will be supported after we migrate the user interface to Vuetify.

It's interesting that you want to move the button to the bottom of the list, usually people seem to prefer starting a list with groups and then individual items, like how folders are listed before files in file managers. Would you like to move it to the bottom because you rarely use it, or is this way of organizing items specific to your locale? Someone from South Korea also asked me recently to move this button to the bottom, so I'm curious if this UI convention is specific to that region.

Oh nothing to do with my locale I'm not korean, it's just because I mostly use yandex or google separately
