question about using same SIM for multiple Pippin jobs #69

This is just a question, not a request. We have two separate Pippin jobs: photo-z and spec-z. The sim jobs are the same, but the LCfit jobs are slightly different. When running the 2nd (spec-z) pippin job, how can we tell it to NOT regenerate the sims and just move into LCfit ?

If I understand correctly, you want to run one job, which produces a sim, and then use that sim in another job?

SIM:
  DESSIMBIAS5YRIA_C11:
    EXTERNAL: $PIPPIN_OUTPUT/GLOBAL/1_SIM/DESSIMBIAS5YRIA_C11

Something like this will work. Give it a name as usual, and just point to the sim output of the first job.
