Pippin can't find IA_MODEL in include file #83

Following recent SNANA change to abort on duplicate keys, we now have a situation where GENMODEL can be in the INCLUDE file and not the primary input file. Seems that pippin aborts because it can't find a IA_MODEL ?? Please make sure that pippin checks include files for required keys.

Here is the pippin error message: Cannot find GENMODEL for component IA_SALT2 and base file /project2/rkessler/SURVEYS/WFIRST/USERS/pmacias/dev/sim/SIMGEN_WFIRST_Allz_SNIA.input

To address this GENMODEL issue, I added a new sim utility to dump the README and quit: snlc_sim.exe README The readme includes a few YML blocks that contain GENMODEL, GENTYPE, SNIA, and every input key in case they are needed in future updates. The latter (SNIA) is a new logical that is True or False so that there is no need to examine GENMODEL.
