start flag not working? #9

I just tried running with -s 6 -f 6 and it still ended up submitting my simulations...

If the hash has changed things will resubmit. As an example, s 4 f 6 would mean "do up to stage four as you normally would, then redo stages 4, 5 and 6, stopping there"
