Error Name As Title Above, Error Text Reads As Below.

"The procedure entry point
??1critical_section@Concurreny@@QAE@XZ could not be located in
the dynamic link library MSVCR100.dll."

Visual C++ 2010 Installed
Direct X 10 June 2010 Update Istalled
MSVCR100.dll Downloaded And Installed Auto And Manual

System Specs
Notebook
Compaq Persario CQ50
2.0 GHZ
3.0 GB Ram
32 Bit Vista SP2

I've been trying for an hour to get this to work and I cant figure out
how to handle these errors.

This is an Issue tracker, not only for bugs actually. And that ain't the 
official forum either... just one of many. =_="

And that did it. User problem, not emulator problem.
