VMU Emulation #148

It's not something the emulator currently supports, but having an emulator for 
the VMU so that we can play Chao Adventure whilst being able to save.

There is a VMU emulator out there which does indeed load the Chao mini game, 
however, that emulator does not save any progress made within the VMU game, and 
unfortunately there are a few games which require the VMU to obtain 100% 
completion (namely Sonic Adventure / 2 and Power Stone).

Yes, we can use so-called "VMS simulator", but it is not enough.
