4x4 Evolution: not implemented opcode

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Run NullDC
File -> Normal Boot
Load 4x4 Evolution (CDI)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The expected output is:
It should load, run.

But instead I see:
Gets to Sega splash screen and locks up.
Error it gives is:
not implemented opcode : 38 : ldtlb @ 8C01257E
Press Any key to continue
(pressing enter here just gives another opcode error with a diff address)

I've tried running the cdi with Dynarec off as well, as i read a spawn issue 
where one was asked about it. I've copied both loads with/without dynarec 
option from no trace and saved.

I use version: 1.04 r50

I use a nullDC Win32 Release-NoTrace build

I use the following plugins:

PowerVR Plugin: drkpvr_win32.dll
GDRom Plugin: imgreader_win32.dll
AICA Plugin: nullaica_win32.dll
ARM7 Plugin: vbaarm_win32.dll
Maple Plugin(s): PuruPuru_win32.dll

On what kind of system?
Gateway FX P-7805u Notebook
4Gigs Ram
320Gig Hard drive
(using this when im on the roads)
My system specifications are as follows:

Operating System: Windows Vista, x64, Home Premium
CPU: Intel Core Duo P8400 @ 2.26ghz 2.27ghz
Video Card: Nvidia Geforce 9800M GTS
Sound Card: May be running off the Mobo, as i cannot locate the actuall device. 
Device driver is 
Conexant High Definition SmartAudio 221 

Please provide any additional information below:
I've attached the both times i tried to load, hopefully i do this correctly.

PS- Love what ya guys are doing, most games I use I havent had much touble at 
all getting to run under r50. No crashes, or sound issues, this is a first. So 
thanks a lot for the great program, and i hope this helps.
