I tried to open the nulldc 1.0.4r22exe but without sucess. When i opened,
it appeared one messenge saying that it was missing the mscvp100.dll. After
the exe file ask me for the msvcr100.dll file, then appeared this message,
which is the title of my issue messenge and the nulldc exe file still not
open.

You need to delete any dlls you downloader, and get the vs2k10 runtimes.
