DEP Issue #64

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?

1: Open nullDC
2: Open a game
3: It will stop working, and close out. Then, a message pops up saying
that DEP closed it for security reasons. I tried turning off the DEP for
the program, but it still closes it. You don't need to configure the maple
plugins, even if you start the game up with no input, it still pops up.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The expected output is: The game should work

But instead I see: nullDC closing, and a DEP message pops up.

What version of the product are you using? What build? What plugins?

I use version: 1.0.4 r22

I use a nullDC_Win32_Release-NoTrace r22 build

I use the following plugins:

PowerVR Plugin: nullDC PowerVR
GDRom Plugin: Image Reader plugin
AICA Plugin: nullDC AICA
ARM7 Plugin: VBA ARM Sound Cpu Core
Maple Plugin(s): None
Ext.Device Plugin: nullExtDev

On what kind of system?

My system specifications are as follows:

Operating System: Windows Vista x32
CPU: ACPI x86-based PC
Video Card: (don't know where I can find it)
Sound Card: Realtek High Definition Audio
Additional related hardware and/or software: None

A DEP issue alone does not stand as a valid issue report without further
information. Thus I'm invalidating this.

Actually I am having the same problem, how do I fix this, or how can I fix some
of the graphical problems in beta if I cant?
