Gathering Information Error #995

I currently can not install any games directly through the app. Currently on build 320.30. Games either get stuck preparing or give the error Branch is invalid or user doesn't have permissions to install branch.[42.0]

Can you re-try on 320.31?

Also, be sure to check the status on the Play tab; there is a pending issue with the download dialogs #984.

How do we re-try with that? The Linux download is 120.26 and I also get the error.

Maybe something to do with this (saw this in terminal)

Liam, that version is the beta. I'll try when I get home.

It partially works now. Install still fails, but if I right click and select a specific version, it will start downloading and install.

Odd, that works for me too. I can right click -> select full version, and it tries to install. It seems it can't detect which version somehow then without us doing it manually.

I then found that not-closing the dialog box when it's finished error too https://github.com/desura/desura-app/issues/984
