how to make flashable tar to flash with odin ? #661

hello everyone 
and thanks for those who taught us a lot about android decompiling.
I finally could add language to the system app.
but it is a long story installing to the phone.
I would really love to know how to add those translated apps
to a flashable tar which can be done with odin instead of rooting
and adding the apps manually

Don't even have a comment for this. I see nothing related to a bug about 
Apktool in here.
