Decompiling errors for Multiple resources mcc460

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Apktool if or d framework-res.apk (Miui6 and Lenovo A806)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Install or Decompiled file

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
apktool_2.0.0rc3.jar on BBqlinux, Ubuntu Studio (both with lib32 enabled), win7

Please provide any additional information below.
Decompiling works well with mediatek-res.apk, works with if switch (install) 
and d (decomp.). Framework-res, take from MIUI6 or mine Lenovo A806 doesn't 
install or decompiling.
