After merging #163, we should properly keep track of the longitudinal position s.

This can happen after the release 0.7. #165

TODOs:

[ ] Add attribute s in the Beam classes
[ ] In track method of Element, properly increase s
[ ] Update the converters in case they have the s in beam definition (e.g. bmad, astra)
