This pull request adresses issue #19 .
An exception Device Error is defined. This exception is called in the function 'call' of the baseclass 'element', in case the device for calculating the segment differs from the device used to calculate the Beam.
I accidentally pushed some. idea files in the previous pull request as i tried to push a commit via git from my local projekt. This should be fixed now.
