Crossmatch to Gaia DR3 #241

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I'm always frustrated when I crossmattch to Gaia DR2, since Gaia DR3 is so much better. It has new/precise parallax, but also good probabilistic stellar/agn/galaxy classification.

Describe the solution you'd like Use astroquery to match to gaia.

Describe alternatives you've considered Use Ampel? But I believe dr3 is not in there yet.
