Show more interest information on dashboard #37

We could display more interest information on the Dashboard

  1. Daily Accrued Interest
  2. Daily / Total Kucoin lending fees
  3. Reconsider TotalProfit, AccruedInterest Gauge Chart, we may should subtract the lending fees already.
