fix: migration layout styling #137

Adds the old stylesheet back into the main layout used for the migration page and adds some quick fixes for some layout issues.

is this relevant? can we have some sort of preview system. happy to review just need to see it first

@abdelhai depends on whether we still want to keep the migration page. It currently looks like this:

the migration guides are obsolete as far as i understand. so likely we should just delete them all together. cc @xeust correct me if i'm wrong.
