大部分车牌都是 皖A？ #32

训练中把解析的车牌标注打印了一下，发现绝大部分车牌都是皖牌的，而且是皖A。

因为中科大在合肥,所以基本上都是皖A

输出了汉字，识别率和字母数字差距好大
