📖 A thesis LaTeX template that complies with the University of Aveiro's guidelines and provides a simple CLI workflow around make and compatibility with Overleaf.
In this PR I created a new cmake rule, md, that compiles the thesis from markdown, and the markdown folder, whose contents are explained in markdown/README.md.
The templates in markdown/templates/ are adaptations of the current matter.tex and cover.tex to make them configurable through pandoc metadata.
