Merge the new Role system into dev.

NOTE: Wait till #56 is merged as that is a part of this system

Prettier fails on some files, please format them and push the fixed files

I have corrected some review suggestions, but omitted some (marked with 👀). Maybe @Stefan-5422 should take another look at them.

Sorry @Flexla54 forgot to mark stuff as done in user_auth yesterday so we did duplicate work :(

Fixed all of the requested changes, and will merge now.
