Yang Module and test file #13

Hi I'm working through a config example using using yanglint and the ietf-detnet-configa.yang (a) being alternate. This is an edge node with application/service and forwarding. Using IP input and mpls service and forwarding layers with no aggregation.
to test run yanglint

load ietf-detnet-configa data -t config -f json test-detnet-edge.xml

Here is an update to the draft with the updated models. I have not adjusted the existing model detnet-config model I have add an alternative with some text Note that the draft has several exceptions that pertain to long lines in the tree. I have also removed redundant references.
