Improve data management UX

An idea:

• Find org in data.detoritledgie backend…
• If it exists, click on it!
• Shows list of grants + org details (incl. org homepage)
  • Also has a link to citizenaudit search + maybe other EIN-keyed dbs?
  • Has edit org link
  • Has list of grants funded and received w/ filters
  • Has add grant funded / received links that go to /node/add/grant with recipient or funder prefilled
• If it doesn’t exist, click on “Add new org”
  • New org form should have links to citizenaudit/other internet searches - build links w/ form values + open in new window
  • New org form should work with our greasemonkey script to auto-fill DLEG data
  • After adding org, you end up at the list of grants+org details page ( see above) and you can add grants

Currently org info and tags with DLEG data show up below list of grants, but I want to see it at the top more directly below the org name I just searched.

In the list of grants, I would really like filters for year granted, length of grant, and amount ranges of grants.

Also in the list of grants, the long lines of text hurt my eyes a little when hunting for specific info -- maybe this is good place to think about accounting paper design inspiration for sleek tables with faint lines that better align amounts, dates, and org names?

Took care of the auto-populate stuff over in #61 ... Grant filters added in #64 ... a better design for the admin/grants page sounds good to me!
