Use correct header_size for Version 3 #6

Version 3 has two extra floats at 36 and 40. Not sure what they mean.

I merged but please be aware, I'm not really maintaining this project anymore. I trust these changes make sense and work. I guess it would be good to have an example scene in the new format added to the repo to demonstrate that it works. Would like to heave write access to this project? Thanks for the patch anyways. And I'm sorry it took me so long to merge this.
