Raspberry Pi 4 2GB RAM, crashes with nightly build als-0.7-dev-cd84ba7 #126

Crashes when stacking second NEF image - Raspberry Pi memory indicator seems full, could that be it?

Using Nikon D5100, Astroberry 2.0.1, Ekos for capturing

Yup, stacking such big images on a 2GB Pi is doomed for now untill we work on issue #112

How about working on a downsampled image and/or jpg? I know it's not as good but for EAA with Raspberry Pi 4 / stellarmate / astroberry with only a phone (no PC) it's our "only hope" :) The way I was trying to use it is to launch the app so that it waits for images, set the server, then I just go out with my Android phone and connect to that server and see the image build up as Ekos takes pictures. Even if the quality is degraded in JPG and/or downsample that would work for my use case (EAA)

could be indeed But this won't be worked on (by us, at least) before 0.7 is released. Due in a couple weeks

I see there is a new build - has this bug been fixed?
