Included PCV15 in the plotting a bit better by changing aspect ratios.

Added a vaccine serogroup colour scheme that we may want to use a bit more (replacing Set2).

Got rid of old scenarios code.

Got rid of old waning code that included delay.

What's happened with this? Did the code get copy-pasted elsewhere? Might be worth closing without merging.

I think this should probably be closed as all the code seems to have been manually copy-pasted in where necessary.
