Add new dark colored theme based on 'cool' theme

Description

This PR adds a new dark colored theme based on the existing 'cool' theme in the themes.scss file. The new theme follows the same structure as the 'cool' theme but with different color values to make it dark-colored.

Summary of Changes

• Added a comment at the end of the themes.scss file to indicate the start of the new theme code.
• Created a new theme named '.dark-cool' following the same structure as the 'cool' theme.
• Defined dark-colored color values for the new theme:
  • --primary-1: #0a2239
  • --primary-2: #1d4259
  • --primary-3: #326782
  • --primary-4: #4798ad
  • --sidenav: #0a2239ce
  • --gradient: #0a2239

Please review and merge this PR to add the new dark colored theme.
