Add new dark colored theme based on 'cool' theme

Description

This PR adds a new dark colored theme to the project based on the existing 'cool' theme. The new theme is called 'darkCool' and provides a darker color scheme for users to choose from.

Summary of Changes

• Modified the themes.scss file to add a new class for the 'darkCool' theme.
• Defined color variables for the 'darkCool' theme, which are darker versions of the colors used in the 'cool' theme.
• Updated the ThemeSelector component to include an option for the 'darkCool' theme, allowing users to select it.
