This is a slightly modified version of the infrastructure already present in PCMSolver and Psi4. Issues:

I also added support for OS X on Travis-CI. More tests are failing also there.

You're welcome ;) Just noticed that the documentation strings in boost/boost.cmake and git_info/git_info.cmake are not shown on the website.
