Expansion on Channel Specificity of Muzz Features *Incomplete* #108

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. A clear and concise description of what the problem is. Ex. I'm always frustrated when [...] Some corporations would like to have certain features allowed in specific channels. This could help corporations lock certain channels. #hot has a feature where all messages are suppressed. Some sort of #announcements channel could use that. /muzzle could be contained to their own #gaming or #board-gaming channels, including all the features and expansions of the store.

I am like 80% sure Slack supports this in enterprise directly because we have read only channels at work. We could try to make something that contains certain extensions to certain channels but I am not convinced this is a problem that Slack users have.
