- Added permamuzzle function, need to compelte
- Removed logic to always backfire for JP, ignored user_profile_changed events, increased chance of backfire by 10% per muzzle
- Added permamuzzle on impersonation feature
- Removed bad imports
- Added health controller and started health job
- Removed history-upload job
- Added healthcheck and job
